We work closely with vendors, keeping them informed of progress on a regular
basis.
Our team have led many sale transactions, both with M33 and in their previous
positions. All assignments are led by a senior corporate finance professional,

Our fee structure is on a shared risk basis with the client. It is largely success
based, comprising:

An initial retainer to cover all of the preparatory work, including research
•
A Heads of Terms fee, payable when Heads are agreed
•
A success fee, wholly contingent on completion of the transaction. This
represents the majority of our fee and is based on a percentage of the
consideration payable
